External monitor and blurry text on 2K resolution

I recently got an MacBook Pro with M1 Chip but my eyes are really hurting when I plugin my external monitor to it ( Dell S3220DGF ) as the fonts are blurry and just look awful.

I've read multiple threads that there are some issues with the M1 Chip and external monitors that are beeing treated like TVs. I'm adding two pictures on how the Output Looks from the monitor

MacOS:

Windows:

Notice on windows is using RGB format. and obviously I don't have this issue when using my Windows Laptop.

Is there a way to fix this please?
