how to fix cannot decode in apple music?

I have tried to reinstall it many times, but it's still like this.

edit: this problem started happening after I updated to iOS 14.5.

Some users have reported that going to Settings > [your name] > Media & Purchases, signing out, rebooting the iPhone and then signing back in has resolved this issue.
