Unable to verify this iphone has a genuine apple camera

This has been showing on my iphone for a month now, and NO, it is not just a bug that disappears with updates. I have updated my phone twice since, and the message is still there. The worst thing is, camera quality has changed a lot! Portrait mode is not working (i had to pay and download ProCamera to use portrait mode).
