Is there a way to view ALL my accessories in the home app?

Can I view all my accessories together?

Yes if you select Add to favourites for each, they will all be on the home page when you launch the Home App.

Long press on the icon, scroll down to gear icon to enable this for each

Just tried it and it worked.

I was hoping to not have to see them all the time on my main screen but to use this more like a gut check list of every smart item in my house connected to Home App.

This is a great temporary solution though.
