Can iCloud mail receive emails from Instagram? I use my iCloud email for my Instagram but Instagram has been telling me my password is wrong so I ask to get a log in link sent to my email and for the passed 2 months I still haven’t received anything so I’m not sure if instagram is having a technical issue or my iCloud is having a technical problem? Please help

Try removing the account and re-adding the accounts. https://www.t-mobile.com/support/devices/apple/apple-ios-14/email-accounts-ios-14

Hi rjrentz,

so when you open the mail app it shows no emails? Or no new emails?

That is correct.

Email works on my computer but not on I phone or I pad
