iPhone 8+ Quit! WE HAVE NO CELL SVC AND Suddenly I can not select WIFI.

WiFi select button is suddenly grayed-out, I have an old iPhone 8+ We live in the mountains and DO NOT HAVE CELL SERVICE WiFi is my only access to the outside world. Why? How can this be fixed my life is on my phone and now I can’t even check accounts and pay my bills at home?

im on my iPad now... please help?

I added a post script then saw I could edit my comment But now I can’t delete this it’s so whatever but can my iPhone 8+ be brought back to life?
