Sending in cracked front screen IPhone for repair, problem is: they need me to turn off my find my IPhone which I cannot do due to the cracked screen

I'm trying to send my iphone11 in for a repair, got all the way to payment option when it said I needed to turn off my "find my IPhone".

I'm unable to do so as the screen is cracked and I cannot use it to turn that off. I was then sent to do it through iCloud but they're also saying I need to do so through the device which again, I cannot do. Please help, I already added cc info and just need to drop it off at my local UPS
