It is an all or nothing proposition, IF you have not activated iCloud Messages (if yes they are gone) and IF they are in your last backup you can restore your iPhone from your backup. You will lose any data added since the date/time of the backup. Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch from a backup - Apple Support
One other possibility, assuming you have a backup that includes these texts, is to get a backup extractor program for your computer and extract just the text messages that you need.
