personal hotspot after update 14.5.1

SMS, MMS, WiFi Call, Call Forwarding, Call Waiting, Call Merge, Conference Call, Personal Hotspot, Voice Mail (Visual or Normal) all are Carrier Specific features. Contact your Carrier (Cellular Service Provider), the agency that issued the SIM / eSIM to you.

I have the same issue. It is not the service provider as when I remove the sim card supplied and put it in my iPhone 7 running IOS 14.4 the personal hotspot function works perfectly

Same issue here. Personal hotspot was working properly, and somewhere between the iOS 14.5/14.5.1 it stopped working.

Same issue. Hotspot was functioning properly prior the update. Now it says contact your network provider for the settings and network provider says it has nothing to do with them.

No it definitely is an iPhone bug

It was working normally on ios14.5.1 for a few weeks and today it suddenly stopped working, I am positive it isn’t a provider problem.
