Swipe screen up won’t work

Swipe up on an iPhone 8 opens the Control Center menu. It doesn't work while the iPhone is locked or when an App is in the open state.

Settings > Control Center > Access Within Apps [Enable]

I don't know if this will work or no but Go to General in the Settings of iPhone.

Hit Accessibility.

Find the VoiceOver and turn the switch off.
