Two iCloud email options when using Android devices:

1) iCloud Mail via web browser. Click here --> https://www.icloud.com/mail

2) Use mail server settings if you need to manually set up your email app (client) to use an iCloud email account. Read this document --> Mail server settings for iCloud email clients. Click here --> https://support.apple.com/HT202304
