Hey, I’m having a problem with configuration of Pay for my 14 yo brother. Apple site says that children under 13 aren’t allowed to use Apple Pay, but recently he has turned 14 and there’s still an error. Is there anybody who had the same or similar issue? Thanks

It would appear that you are running into a problem setting up Apple Pay. Let's take a closer look.
The first thing we recommend is confirming the birthday for the Apple ID is set correctly. Here is information on how to do that: Update the birth date associated with your Apple ID - Apple Support
Once the birthday is confirmed, then work through the steps to set up Apple Pay: Set up Apple Pay - Apple Support
