I was restoring my iphone x, but now when i try to turn it on, it says unable to activate. an update is required to activate your phone. i have tried everything what apple suggest, i restarted my phone, i tried to connect it with itunes, but it shows the same error... can someone help me please, cause their service and tech is really bad as i can see, since many people have problems like these, and how can they help now??

If you are not the owner and do not have the Apple ID and Password then there is no way that you can get into this iPhone unless the original owner shares the Apple ID and password with you. If you are lucky you can get into this iPhone if they (owner) accidentally remove the device from their apple ID.
