I want to cancel and remove an app on my iPhone. I have tried all the suggestions they do not work

I took over an iPhone from someone else. I have been trying to remove RoboKiller from this phone. I have tried all of the suggestions and it still is there. How can I get rid of it?

If the instructions in the article below don't work, what happens when you try?

Apps - How to delete on your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch.

Try a restart.

Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

Try a forced restart.

Reset Device.

If necessary

Hard reset.

Do a backup and try a factory reset. Then restore from your backup.

Restore to Factory setting.

Restore - If you see an error when you update or restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod

Backup - Restore your device from an iCloud or iTunes backup.
