Alarm issues after taking iOS 14.5.1 update

After taking the iOS 14.5.1 update, the alarm app seems to have disappeared from my phone and a permanent alarm set for 4:15am. It has been going off daily since I installed the updates but I can't find a way to turn it off. And that default alarm app doesn't seem to be available in the store. Even Alexa doesn't find the alarm.
