Calls don’t work

Question

Calls don’t work

Network calls connect but there’s no sound and voip calls (WhatsApp and face time) just fail on answering on my iPhone 7plus. Can you tell me how to fix?

Do you have audio working on anything? Check by using your Voice Memos app. If that is not working, you have a problem with your microphone. Use the Get Support link at the top right of the page here and contact Apple Support to make a Genius Bar appointment.

You're welcome. Many iPhone 7 devices have experienced an audio problem well after their warranty expires. At that point, it may be more cost effective to purchase a new device than to spend more money with an out of warranty replacement considering the age of the device.

If there isn't any Audio on FaceTime. Check that you haven't muted your microphone.

Thanks, tried but don’t think it’s that. Any other suggestions? Speaker button on a call is also disabled
