Update from El Capitan to Sierra or High Sierra?
I have a Macbook Pro (Early 2011- 17 inch) Os 10.11.6 El Capitan and want to update.
Should i update it to Sierra or High Sierra? I've heard that update old Macs to High Sierra will have some downgrade.
