My iphone wifi chip is not wroking i am using iphone 8+ and because if this I’m unavle to update my phone

iPhone 8 Plus, iOS 13

If the wi-fi chip is not working, you need to schedule service. You can update the iPhone using a computer and iTunes, but it sounds like you have other issues.

I live in new delhi,india and here is a complete lockdown I can’t go out.

i am using lenovo laptop and i already installed itunes in it,it will be really helpful if u can guide me the procedure.
