my ipad pro from over 3 years is locked out after i changed password but later forgot it. i accidently removed this ipad from my apple id when i was on my iphone using find my... feature. how to unlock it and restore it to same apple id account? thank you
note: i hope apple has secret questions feature to unlock in such cases without having to loose ipad data

Your iPad Passcode and TouchID are intimately linked. The Passcode unlocks the Secure Enclave - that contains your TouchID data.
If your iPad is disabled, or you have forgotten your iPad passcode, you’ll need to follow this process:
If you’ve forgotten the passcode on your iPad, or your iPad is disabled – Apple Support
You’ll need access to either a PC (with iTunes installed) or a Mac (with iTunes or Finder - as appropriate for the installed version of MacOS).

Update to the latest version of iTunes – Apple Support
You may also need your AppleID and associated password. If these have also been forgotten, they can be recovered here:

This is Casey300. note i was using touch id fine all the time. Does this feature gets also locked out if you forgot your password?
