Minecraft keeps crashing (Minecraft Version 1.16.221| IpadOS: 14.5)

So i have had this problem for almost a year but i haven't played much because of this.

Minecraft keeps crashing a few seconds after it gets to the screen where it says "play" "settings" & "marketplace" and iv done everything i can do try and fix it but nothing works. And if it doesnt crash and i go to get on a server like Cube Craft or Mineplex or The HIve it will say "You need to authenticate to microsoft services"

please help. :(

(the picture is the screen i am talking about, i have a microsoft account i had just logged out though)
