No, iPassword did not save passwords in the cloud. Most other password apps do, including the built-in Keychain app. I think someone posted that they were able to extract the passwords from a computer backup of their phone using iMazing. And others still had the app on an older phone and were able to get a list of the passwords off of it, to manually re-enter. Use the forum Search (at the top of this page) to look for other posts about iPassword; there were several useful suggestions posted. When you use Search you can click on Filters and limit the search to recent posts.
You can’t. However, you can update your iPhone 6 to iOS 12.
I have an 8 and I updated my phone to14.5.1 iOS when the app stop working indicating they need to update the app.
cam I go back to an older iOS version ?
No, you can’t go back. There has been a lot of chatter about iPassword, and no clear resolution to the problem, as the app was last updated 3 years ago and may have been abandoned by the developer.
Thanks
is any of this data on the cloud?
