Electric shocks from iPhone 12

How can I stop the phone from shocking me? They say it is static electricity but I sure must have a lit of static electricity if so and never got any of that problem with my Android phone. This is my first Apple phone and that shock really hurts!

Electric shock I had felt an strong electric shock from the iPhone 13 pro max in an open space. Apple support team is saying it is normal to get shock. Is it..? Did anyone facing this .?

Huh, I’ve never heard of such a thing. If anything the device’s shell would be grounding and prevent static shocks.
