why does my computer suddenly frame drop when playing games?

So I got my MacBook Pro13 Inch a few months ago and mostly I'm in Bootcamp. When I play games or use high resource programs, my MacBook frame drops. This is the GPU usage when in games.

Any idea if I can raise the shared GPU memory and it will perform better? Thanks.

In most cases, when GPU usage goes up, the temperature should also go up, which is subject to thermal throttling.

No. See https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000020962/graphics.html for an explanation.
