erase ipad that cant connect to internet
Can’t sign in to authorize total erasure bc will not connect to internet.
im giving it away and must erase.

You are going to have to connect to the internet to be able to erase. You can connect to a computer to do it, see this, What to do before you sell, give away, or trade in your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
