How do I submit a claim for my lost Iphone
Lost my I-phone in the lake. Unable to get much help when I call to navigate through the site to help me place a claim. Can anyone give advise on how to do this?

Did you have AppleCare+ Theft & Loss coverage? If you did, this link will help you --> File an iPhone Theft and Loss Claim - Official Apple Support
If you didn't purchase AppleCare+ Theft & Loss, you can't file a claim. There are three levels of AppleCare:
The standard one year AppleCare+ warranty which covers manufacturing defects
AppleCare+ which you purchase to provide for reduced cost replacements should you damage your phone
AppleCare+ Theft & Loss, which adds theft & loss coverage
