Loss of camera function after upgrade to 14.5.1

Does Apple have no responsibility for loss of camera function after upgrade of XR to 14.5.1? I have tried every Googled solution in existence.

iPhone XR, iOS 14

Hello Really679,

Thank you for posting on Apple Support Communities.

If your camera is not showing working, we need to determine whether this is a software issue or a hardware issue. If you have dome some troubleshooting already such as restarting your iPhone. We recommend that you reset the device to factory settings and set it up as new (no backup) so we can test the camera and determine if it is still not working. If it is not working after resetting the phone to factory settings this could indicate a hardware issue, and at that point it would be best to contact Apple Support and set it up for service

If the camera or flash on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch isn't working

Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod to factory settings

Take care.
