My app will not allow me to access ‘my watch’

I was given an I watch that was my daughters. She has unpaired her phone from the cloud. I am unable to pair to my devices now. I am unable to access” my watch” to remove her manually so I can set mine up.

Whoever owned the watch originally has to follow all these steps;
