For 2 days my phone was ghost touching like crazy, tuning the torch on, rearranging apps etc and the control center won’t swipe down from the top right. I have updated iOS and restarted the phone and the ghost touching has stopped but the control center still swipe from the right corner??

If your device is detecting false touch, and you have already done basic troubleshooting such as restarting your iPhone and updating it, it may possibly be a hardware issue.
You could restore the iPhone to factory settings and set it up as new (without a backup) to test if the issue persists. If issue persists, we recommend to contact Apple Support to set up your device for service.
