HORI pad no longer works with TVos 14.5

I have 4 HORI pad controllers that I've used for over a year with my AppleTV 4K and after the 14.5 update, none of them work. Anyone else have this problem?

Called Apple Support and it turns out if you unpair the remote and repair, that resolves the issue.

My new Xbox controller will pair with my 4k AppleTV, but the controls do not function. I just got an Xbox controller specifically to use with Apple Arcade on my 4k AppleTV. The controller is brand new. It will pair with the AppleTV without problem, but once paired it does nothing else. None of the controls function at all. I've watched any number of YouTube videos and can see that as soon as the devices are paired, you should be able to use the Xbox controller to navigate, but mine does absolutely nothing. Help! I don't have an Xbox, so I don't know how I would check for a firmware update on the controller. It's brand new. I'm running tvOS version 14.2 (the latest).

xbox 1914 controller support looki for basic game pad, Will xbox 1914 controller work with the Apple TV? Anyone know if The distinction issues are resolved? other alternative you recommend? Tnx!!

Problem with PS5 Controller on 3rd gen 64GB Apple TV My PS5 controller acts erratically on 3rd Gen Apple TV 4K 64GB. Have tried 2 PS5 Controllers and also have the latest Apple Tv and PS5 updates. I also have a 3rd Gen Apple TV 4K 128GB and the controllers work fine. Also work fine on 2nd Gen 4K Apple Tv please release a patch to correct this issue. The controllers are unusable. Sometimes they work for a small period then start loosing the plot.
