eSIM turns No Service while making call in another sim

I have eSIM enabled with Airtel Service(Mobile Data only) and have nano sim with Vodafone(only Voice call) in my iPhone XR.

whenever I make a call from Vodafone, My eSIM service is going No Service.

I have enabled Mobile Data Switching option and WiFi calling options, even though only 1 SiM is active during call.

Why eSIM is becoming No Service while I’m in call using NanoSim

To use two different carriers, your iPhone must be unlocked. Otherwise, both plans must be from the same carrier. If a CDMA carrier provides your first SIM, your second SIM won't support CDMA. Contact your carrier for more information.

If you have an enterprise or corporate cellular service plan, check with your company administrator to see if they support this feature.
