Replaced Ipad,can't download numbers, pgs, keynotes, to new ipad

I have previously purchased the 3 set for iworks and had to replace my ipad with a new one at the store. I have been unable to synch the old ipad on my desktop dell computer so changed to another desktop and with my new ipad have not be able to get all the previous apps, etc to download, even though I'm signed into the itunes store. I was able to download all of my iphone apps though. Any suggestions- I may just have to call support.

What happens when you try to re-download the iPad apps from the iTunes App store when signed into the account that that originally bought them? Error message?

Yes I did get an error message when I tried to sync with the old computer so that's why I changed to the new one.
But.........I got help, All I needed to do is go ahead and go to the app store and find what I have purchased and "buy" it again- but when it's about to download a message comes on and says"all ready purchased need to download again, for free" (or something like that) and say yes and bing! It works no problems or recharges!
So solved! With other items that I purchased I'll have to find them- a little work but at least I have a pc that will let me sync, it only confirms I need a Mac!
