Where did you buy them from? Which country if you don’t mind me asking?

i have 2 apple watches, i both from a reseller in Pakistan when i was there. However, one can be verified online and one cannot. I had a session with an apple chat expert and he confirmed that both are genuine and they have the record of both the serial numbers. Sounds strange but its true. Sometimes apple can also make a mistake updating the serial, but they rectify it as soon as they know about it. Contact apple support and they will help you and guide you.
