I have lost sticker apps in my iPhone after iOS 14.5.1 update

I updated my iPhoneX to 14.5.1. Now, I seem to have lost several sticker apps in my text messages. They were replaced by things like my Dicks Sporting Goods App, United Airlines, etc. I searched for Apps "not on my phone" and that didn't work.

WhereAreMyStickerApps,

We'd still recommend going through the steps in the "Manage iMessage apps" section of the resource we previously provided. It sounds like your apps are still installed, but that they could be hidden or need rearranged or even reinstalled.

If you go to Messages > tap on the app icon and scroll over to "More" you should be able to manage all the Messages apps you have installed. This includes unhiding any which may have been hidden, rearranging them to appear differently in the app drawer, deleting them, etc.

We hope this information helps out!

Take care.

Hey just follow the steps below and you’ll be able to bring it back!

1. Open Messages on your iOS or iPadOS device.

2. Browse for an existing conversation.

3. Tap on the App Store icon, available in the bottom app scrubber.

4. Tap on your Profile icon, available in the top-right area of the screen.

5. Open the Purchased tab and tap on ‘My Purchases’.

6. Select the ‘Not on this iPhone’ tab.

7. Search for the Sticker package that your missing and tap on the download icon (a cloud with a downwards pointing arrow).

WhereAreMyStickerApps,

It would be best to uninstall the affected Messages apps then at this point and reinstall them. It's also possible they're no longer compatible with the version of iOS you have installed currently. We'd suggest checking the Messages App Store to see.

If you continue to run into issues though, we also recommend contacting Apple Support at the following link:

Thanks!

Hey WhereAreMyStickerApps,

We understand you're having an issue with some missing sticker apps for the Messages app. We'd be happy to help.

If they're not showing up under Message apps not on your iPhone, they may still be installed. For help with managing and rearranging the apps installed, check out: Use iMessage apps in Messages on iPhone

We hope the resource above helps you out!

Take care.

The sticker Apps do not appear in the "Not on this iPhone". They do appear in the "All" tab, and my option there is to OPEN them. When I do that, nothing appears to happen, and they are not re-added to my App scrubber where they used to be when in text messaging. They seem to have been replaced with stuff you can't add to a text message -- things like my Dick's Sporting Goods App, my Southwest Airlines App, etc. When I tap "Open" on one of my old sticker apps under the "All" tab, it just takes me to the App Store, and the sticker app I had before is not there. This happened after I updated to 14.5.1. I tried shutting sown and restarting my phone and that did not work either.
