Beats Solo 3

I don't know if Apple can help me with this butttttt I got some solo 3 beats for Christmas (December). My beats have been absolutely amazing until now (may). My beats will lose charge so quickly. For example, My charge starts out at 100% then I listen to a 3 minute and some seconds song, and then my charge is at like 89%. I just don't understand and I'm so frustrated! My beats have never done this before. If you know what to do please help me with a cherry on top teehee UwU. Also, I don't know what category I need to pick lols.

Contact Beats:

I got my Beats items as an award. Being that I had no proof of purchase, they were kind enough to perform a swapout. So, contact Beats, and request "I need assistance with a faulty device."
