Zoom - Displaying more than 9 people in galley view.

Hi all,

Trust you are well and staying safe!

I have a yoga teacher who is struggling with teaching online. As I understand it, the iPad can only display 9 people at one time in galley view.

(She uses an iPad with software version 12.5.2 and zoom version 5.6.3).

However, one of her students has an iPad Pro that can display 25 people! (as with the PC). She doesn't know what changed, because she too could only display 9 people. She has an iPad Pro - not sure what version, etc.

Is it possible to display 25 people, but only on certain versions of iPad Pro?

Perhaps it's a matter of iPad model and/or iOS/iPadOS running on it , and/or settings available, and/or Zoom app's version.

I suggest that you contact Zoom's developer team to get an appropriate answer.
