iPad Dark Mode Behaving Strange Sometimes Grey sometimes black.

Has anyone saw this. Sometimes when i go to settings instead of being black in dark mode it will be grey. And when i switch back i mean i opened settings and saw grey go back to home screen and take settings again it will turn back to black. Is this a bug? Ipad air 4 2020. I took screenshots of it and screenshot also shows grey .
