Mall of the Emirates store don't answer the phone
Iam trying to reach the genius bar to check the status of the repair in the mall of the Emirates and they don't answer what should I do?

Nobody here would have any ability to check on that. Maybe try calling AppleCare. They may be able to see the status if Apple has some overarching database containing the status of each store, but I doubt it. Or, they may have some way to at least get someone at the store to call you.
Since we all don't work for Apple, I would think your best hope for help, here, is if someone on the forum actually works at that store or knows someone who does.
