What do I do if my Beats Flex are not charging anymore?
I've charged my Beats Flex for several hours, but when I try to turn it on the LED flashes red, which means the headphones need charging. The day before it worked.

Hello kayzibee,
We understand that you're having some trouble with your Beats not charging. We'd be happy to help!
If they've been sitting on the charger for several hours but don't seem to have charged, you'll want to try resetting your Beats using these steps: Reset your Beats earphones
If resetting doesn't seem to do the trick, you'll want to reach out to Apple Support directly to look in to some options. You can reach out to them here: Get Support
Take care!
Thanks for the reply Bryan.
I already tried the reset. Now I will try the support.
