Hello - my daughters ipad 7th Gen is stuck in a boot loop and efforts to soft reset as well as restore through I-Tunes have not worked. Any thoughts or knowledge as to how to get the ipad working would be greatly appreciated.

This exact thing happened to my daughter’s iPad 7th generation in April, after following all the recommendations nothing worked, we took it to Best Buy and Apple and was told there was nothing they could do to fix it. Now my son’s has just done the same thing. It very frustrating with the pads being less than 2 years old and we now have 2 very expensive paper weights that Apple can’t provide any help or explanation on what has happened.
