MacBook Air M1 low volume - Suddenly.

My MacBook is hardly four months old. Today while watching Netflix movie MacBook voice suddenly dropped. Even after sliding the volume bar to full, I could not increase the volume.

I restarted MacBook then again tried to play with volume side bar. Bar moved but volume did not change. Then again suddenly it changed.

I am predicting that something is wrong. I hope if at all problem is there, it should again appear and it should reproducible. If it appears after warranty is over, I will have to pay a fortune.

MacBook Air 13″, macOS 11.3

There are several things you can access, some may help resolve

the present issue(s) you note in your newer Apple portable Mac.

While your build model may have Apple Silicon SoC (or not)

the idea expressed here could generally apply to Intel-based

hardware as well. Some steps & actions are different to each.

Should your Mac actually be an 'Intel-based' model, such ideas

as an SMC reset or NVRAM reset, may help alleviate symptoms.
