Why doesn’t my double tap feature work on my AirPod pros ?

There is no double tap feature on AirPods Pro.

They don’t have touch sensors.

You have to squeeze the force sensors on the stems.

Did you force reset your airpods? Try it: With the lid open, press and hold the setup button on the back of the case for about 15 seconds, until you see the status light flashing amber. When you reset your AirPods, the settings for your AirPods also reset. You can change your settings again.
