I need help I can’t get into my iCloud mail it keeps sAying I am already signed in on my iPhone

I need help getting into my iCloud mail. It says I am already signed into my iPhone when I try to log in and see my mail. I tried resetting my password it says iCloud is already signed in. Does this mean someone else has signed into my iCloud on their phone or computer?

It means you are already signed into on the device you are using. Go to Settings > your name > iCloud and make sure Mail is on here.
