I just signed up for iCloud storage for $.99/month. I do not know how I pay this--you do not have my credit card information.

Unless you change it, subscription charges are posted to the credit card you have on file with your Apple ID.

We would have no idea - we are all other users here, do not work for Apple and do not have access to any accounts or financial information.

You best check to see if you actually did get the storage and you will need to enter payment method information or you will not be able to download anything.
