Apple ID cleared from a secondary device
How do I clear my Apple ID from a device I no longer have access to?
iPhone 11, iOS 14
Log in to https://icloud.com/find, pick the device from the list and erase it. Then remove it from your account if you want the next owner to be able to use it.
