Suggest TV Shows or Movies

Is there a way to request a tv show or movie be added to iTunes or at least get an answer as to why it is not on iTunes? Show in question is Grand Designs. There are over 20 seasons but only Seasons 11 & 12 on iTunes. Netflix is also random with only Seasons 10 and 15 on there. Would certainly like to get the rest of the seasons and I’m sure there’s several other shows and movies out there that people would like to see on iTunes like True Lies. Is there a community wishlist or something along those lines for iTunes?
