I keep Getting email notices someone that is not me, has used my Apple ID to log into a new device. However, I no Longer use that ID but it is still associated with my email. How did I manage That, changing old password and removing those devices, without logging out of my current ID?

Check your device list to see if there is a device signed in that you don't recognize. You can remove the device using the steps in the article below. As a precaution, change your password.

Apple ID device list -Check to see where you‘re signed in.

Either spam / scam messages trying to phish your password, or your password became known and the messages are real. Since you no longer use that Apple ID, you can either try to recover access and delete it, or try to recover and fix the password, or ignore or potentially filter out the messages,

Enabling two-factor authentication would be a Good Idea, if you have not already lost control of that Apple ID.
