You cannot replace a battery in any version of the Pencil.
An Pencil is a completely glued up/sealed up devices with NO repairability.
If you had your Pencil less than a year, and is still under the free, limited one-year AppleCare warranty plan, then you are entitled to another free replacement.
If your Pencil is out of the one-year warranty replacement period, you will need to pay for a brand new Pencil.
Search online to locate and call contact your nearest, “local” Apple Store location to try/attempt to make an appointment to get your Apple Pencil replaced with another new Pencil.
