SIM card cellular data does not work

Question

i Have iPhone X (iOS 14.2)

i can not use cellular data I can not even open a link

I changed my SIM card and same problem happened

rest all setting and rest network settings did not make my problem solved

please help

Your carrier is whom to contact, as they are the ones who provide cellular services.
