Why my iCloud doesn’t update?

iCloud Issues:


Two Thoughts:

A. Current User Signing Out:

Is this is a used device that you are looking to update(change) the Apple ID associated to the iPhone? If so this is presumedly a used device. So, then what you need to so is have the currently-logged in use log out of their account on it.


B. Try Hard-Restarting your iPhone:

If this this not a used device, then try the following:

  1. Go To: Settings
  2. Select: General
  3. Scroll to: the Very-Bottom
  4. Select: Shut Down
  5. Slide Finger: to the Right
  6. Wait: 30 Seconds
  7. Power On: the iPhone
  8. Try this Once More
