Can’t update Apple iPad Air 2 to iOS14.5.1

I’m trying to update my Apple iPad Air 2 to iOS14.5.1. It says I don’t have enough storage so I plug it into my Lenovo ideapad330, turn on iTunes (on the iPad) and then go to Settings and press Update. It still says there’s not enough space. I’ve already deleted lots of apps, photos and documents. What to do?

ios 14 update taking up too much space on iPad I recently updated my iPad Air 2 to IOS 14. It only has 16GB, but I was able to clear out some space, and was able to download the update but not run it. (It said I needed more space still.) So I opted to update it through iTunes on my PC. It worked. However, now the “system” in my iPad has taken up around 12GB! Now, I barely have enough space to download apps. How can I fix this?

I cant update my iPad Hello I really want to download iPadOS 17.0.1 to my 32GB iPad 8th Gen, but I have just no storage. I have deleted everything I can, and I still need a bit of storage to update. Can I do anything to update my device? Thanks [Re-Titled by Moderator]

If your internal storage is full, your only option is to better manage the storage that you have - and delete unused Apps or unneeded data.
